MandingImportsOfAfrica.com and Manding Imports are in the Art, Beads, Furniture, Skin Care, and Clothing business and the items shown on the Screen may not match your colors exactly.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our site represents the full price of the product .The shipping charges, are always added to the cost of your item, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees. However, you may choose to become a Wholesale dealer and then the discounts specified will apply to you. With respect to items sold on MandingImportsOfAfrica.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship your product we will inform you electronically and refund the full amount immediately. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be miss-priced. If we discover a miss-pricing, we will do one of the following: If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by MandingImportsOfAfrica.com. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
MandingImportsOfAfrica.com will replace the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. There is a 10% processing fee applied to returns. The 10% is calculated from the purchase total. We will ship your replacement at your expense or issue a refund for the cost of the goods minus the processing fee of 10% to the original credit card. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the return shipping charges. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us and the shipping company immediately. Please keep the item with you as the insurance inspector may want to pick it up or inspect it. If the outer packaging is intact but the contents are damaged then we will issue you a call tag, meaning that we will have the shipping company pick up the item and we will send you another replacement item immediately.
COLORS:
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
